MICL  is Nigeria’s leading Indigenous Oil and Gas Company in Technical Partnership with Sep Pro Systems, Houston Texas U.S.A .  MICL is a multi-million dollar oil and refined products trading company and Power Generation and Transmission. We own a small fleet of Fuel tankers to facilitate their trade activity. We are a group of competent registered professionals with broad and deep experience in business and engineering. We are building this company with a mainframe of quality management. Sep Pro Systems is a multi-million dollar modular, oil field support company, which has also been in business over 10 years and is based in Houston, Texas. Sep-Pro Systems, Inc. specializes in the custom design and manufacturing of modular skid-mounted oil and gas, petrochemical, and refining process equipment. Sep-Pro offers a range of products to cover a variety of applications.  Many designs incorporate energy conservation mechanisms for greater efficiency and productivity.

Sep Pro Systems is an ASME-stamped facility. They design and build all of the control systems, including PLC programming, and most of the heat exchangers, columns, separators, and other components used in the modular fabrication process. Their products are not only practical, but in many cases technically unique.

MICL is bringing Sep Pro Systems gas processing technology to the Nigerian stranded gas market, both for AG and NAG.  The technology is based on NGL/LPG stabilization stage and a urea production stage to fully eliminate the flaring of otherwise commercially stranded natural gas.

The company complies with local content and other regulatory issues.  The systems are self sufficient in terms of power production.  An additional vacuum distillation technology allows for the concentration of oil production related waste water or production of potable drinking water from salt water should the need exist.

MICL and the Technical  partner  companies are all privately held.

 

 

WORKING EXPERIENCE.

MAGNIFIQUE INTEGRATED CONCEPT LTD has more than 60 years combined experience working in Nigeria, with clear grasp of local conditions that facilitates the provision of excellent services. Pronounced knowledge of local conditions and methods of working to enable the company provide services geared to meeting the specific need of clients that cut across disciplines. Commissions have been undertaken in different areas of civil/structural engineering. We have also undertaken work for private developers and real estate construction companies in Nigeria. Projects in which the firm is currently are quite numerous.

 

MISSION STATEMENT

MICL is positioned to revolutionaize the gas processing industry. We refine gas into valuable petroleum liquids, where methane and ethane are coverted into polyolefins, carbamide, diesel, jet A1, CNG and methanol. The higher molecular hydrocarbons, propane and butane used for domestic gas cooking applications and energy.

Our mission is to further acquire Non-Associated gas fields and stranded gas flares comprising of both Non-Associated gas and Associated Gas.
